About
Built for the person who is also the marketing department.
Small businesses don't lose to bigger marketing budgets. They lose to Tuesday — the day nobody got round to answering the messages.
Every tool built for this problem starts the same way: connect your accounts. That single step is where most people stop, because it isn’t one step. It is a Business Manager, a verified page, a permission screen, and a platform you were never on in the first place.
So Partara doesn’t ask. Desk opens the site and signs in the way you would, which means there is no integration to build, no permission to expire, and no list of platforms it happens to support. Where you have no account at all, it makes you one.
The rest follows from that. It reads everything before it writes anything. It tells you what it changed in a sentence you can check. And it never spends past a number you set.
What it refuses to do.
- No dashboard to learn
- Every screen here is somewhere to look while you talk to Desk. If a page needs a tutorial, the page is wrong.
- No supported-platforms list
- The moment there is a list, there is a queue of people whose platform isn't on it. Desk uses the site the way you do, so there is nothing to add.
- No asking twice
- Your hours, your trade, your tone. Told once. The tenth account it sets up should cost you nothing at all.
- No lock-in
- The accounts are yours, including the ones it made for you. Leaving hands them over rather than switching them off.
