Terms
What we agree to, and what you agree to.
Short, because the arrangement is simple: you pay monthly, Desk does the work, and either of us can stop.

What you are paying for
A subscription, monthly, at the price shown when you sign up. Replies covers every message, comment and review. Essentials adds your advertising. Everything adds the posting, content made from your own photos, and setting up accounts for you.
Ad spend is separate and is not ours. It goes from your payment method to the platform. We never take a percentage of it.
Desk acts as you
Desk signs in to your accounts and acts in your name. Anything it posts is published as you, and legally it is yours — the same as if you had typed it.
That is why the limits exist and why anything large asks first. Set them where you actually want them. You can read every action it took and take over any conversation at any moment.
What the platforms allow
Some platforms have rules about automated use, and those rules are between you and them. We cannot promise a platform will never object to an account being run this way, and we will not pretend otherwise.
What we can say is that Desk behaves like a person using the site — at human speed, signed in as you, no scraping, no bulk messaging, no fake accounts. That is a deliberate design constraint, not a limitation we are working around.
What you agree not to do
Don’t use Partara for a business you do not run, to advertise anything illegal, or to send people messages they did not ask for. Accounts doing any of that are closed without a refund.
Stopping
Cancel any time, from Settings, without talking to anyone. It runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops. Changing plan works the same way, in either direction.
Your accounts stay yours, including the ones Desk created. We hand over ownership: followers, posts, history, all of it. Nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
When it goes wrong
If Partara is at fault, the most we owe you is what you have paid us in the last twelve months. We do not cover lost sales, and no software can promise a marketing result.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, you get told before it takes effect, in an email that says what changed rather than that something did.
