There is no list of supported platforms.
Not a long one. Not a growing one. None — because there is nothing on our side that has to know about a platform before Desk can use it.

SquarespaceSquarespaceThis is not the list of what Desk supports. There isn’t one. It is a handful of the places small businesses happen to live — and if yours isn’t here, that changes nothing.
The shape of it
Nothing sits in the middle.
One wire from Desk to each platform, and that wire is a browser signed in as you. There is no integration in between to be approved, to expire, or to be cut off.
Eight shown because eight fits. Add a ninth by naming it — the picture is the same shape whatever is on the ends of the wires.
Why every other tool has one
A supported list is a bill somebody paid.
It is not that the other tools didn’t think of your platform. It is that connecting to one costs real money, and the list is the set of platforms where the sums worked out.
- Someone has to build it
- An integration is months of engineering against one company's API. That work has to be paid for, so it only happens for platforms with enough customers to justify it. Yours is on the list if enough other people asked first.
- Someone has to allow it
- APIs are permission. The platform decides what you may read, what you may post, and how often — and it can narrow any of that whenever it likes. Tools have lost whole features overnight this way.
- Someone has to keep it alive
- APIs version, deprecate and break. Every integration is a standing maintenance cost, which is why lists get shorter as often as they get longer.
What Desk does instead
It signs in. That’s the whole mechanism.
- It opens the site
- Desk drives a real browser. It goes to the page, signs in, and uses the controls that are there — the same ones you'd use.
- It is you, so it can do what you can
- If your account can post it, Desk can post it. If your account can see a message, Desk can read it. There is no narrower set of permissions to run into.
- Nothing to add for the next one
- A platform nobody here has heard of works the same day you name it. That is not a roadmap promise — there is simply nothing to build.
